Our Signature Lunar Flow
Each month, a new series begins with the New Moon — a symbolic reset for both body and spirit. Our flows follow the rhythm of the moon, guiding you through a full cycle of movement and mindfulness to keep you grounded and in sync with the Earth.
🌑 Week 1: Intention
Learn the foundation of the flow. We focus on alignment, modifications, and proper form as we plant seeds for what we wish to cultivate on and beyond the mat.
🌓 Week 2: Build
Begin to expand your flow. This week brings new layers of challenges like slightly longer sequences and deeper engagement.
🌕 Week 3: Release
As the moon reaches its fullness, we continue to build endurance and flow more fluidly. We shed what isn’t serving us through smoother transitions, and deepening the breath.
🌗 Week 4: Reflect
Flow through the full sequence with mindful refinement. We revisit our intentions, praise our growth, and honor the stillness before a new cycle begins.
